This curiosity naturally drew me toward the study of materials-how they perform exceptionally under certain conditions yet fail under others. I wanted to uncover the principles that govern these behaviours and explore how the right combination of properties can be engineered to address many of the challenges we face today. This desire to understand, innovate, and solve real‑world problems is what first led me to materials science. Over the years, this field has continued to inspire me, offering endless opportunities to learn how materials can be designed, improved, and tailored for specific applications. My fascination with the structure–property relationship and the potential to create solutions that make a meaningful impact has kept me motivated throughout my journey as a materials scientist.

I am currently engaged in the synthesis and development of nanostructured materials for a wide range of applications. My work focuses on identifying strategies that can reduce both the overall production cost and the environmental footprint associated with manufacturing these materials.
A significant part of my research explores mineral‑based nanomaterials, where I utilize naturally occurring substances as reducing and stabilizing agents during synthesis. This green‑chemistry approach not only minimizes the use of hazardous chemicals but also aligns with global efforts toward more sustainable materials development. In addition to synthesizing these nanomaterials, I incorporate them into polymeric matrices to enhance mechanical, thermal, and functional properties. By reinforcing polymers with environmentally friendly nanomaterials, my work aims to create advanced composites that are more durable, more efficient, and suitable for diverse industrial applications.
