Dockless bike-sharing platforms, which offer better accessibility and flexibility for users, play an important role in the transition towards green transportation.  This article explores that rather than choosing among bikes with the best conditions, users have a non-negligible probability of choosing bikes with less good conditions.

The study presents a generalized version for factorizing Laplacian operators as an operator’s product and its ‘adjoint’ and highlights the potential applications of persistent Mayer Dirac operators in data science. 

 

Queues with resetting: a perspective

In this study we examine various resetting strategies and further shed light on the intricate role of the overhead times to the queuing performance. Our analysis opens up future avenues in operation research where resetting-based strategies can be universally promising.
