This focus collection will publish selected articles submitted to ICANS29, with an aim to identify the rapidly expanding cutting-edge fronts in the research fields of Nanotechnology. The ICANS29 in Nanjing will cover a wide spectrum of different research topics/fields, including the fundamental theory, modelling and characterization technologies; Silicon-based, oxide, organic, perovskite and 2D thin film and nanostructures; thin film transistors (TFTs), solar cells, sensors, light emitting diodes (LEDs) and memory, as well as the emerging flexible thin film electronics and neuromorphic applications.
