主题范围

A focus edition in Journal of Optics mirroring the Journal of Physics Series’ 50th anniversary celebratory initiative. Emerging Leaders special issues are aimed at recognising the next generation of leaders within a research community.

The collection appended below showcases works produced by a limited number of the most highly distinguished scientists in the early years of their research careers. All articles submitted to this edition have been submitted in response to an invitation.

Your contribution must:

• Be an original research article and should not replicate a previous study.
• Not be a Review paper.
• Make a significant advance or impact on your field of research and demonstrate a high level of technical and scientific rigour.

We hope you enjoy reading this collection prepared by scientists, who may shape the direction of optics over the next 50 years.
